This is nowhere in the documentation and only deducted from the function definition Programmer.RefireProgrammer. It's probably an object comprising of Playback and Cue ID value pairs, see the definition of CurrentProgrammerIds.

Mast likely this value cannot be set manually but you can invoke the programmer simply by passing CurrentProgrammerIds.
